K-5 Student Laptop Issues

Please note the following procedure for issues with Elementary classroom/student 1:1 laptops:

  1. Student reports computer issue to teacher.  Teacher asks student to restart machine to see if the issue resolves itself.  Teacher submits work order to Technology Services if issue is not resolved.
  2. Student or teacher places a completed laptop service form inside laptop. Student drops off laptop in designated school area (library or computer lab).
  3. Student can also sign out loaner laptop, if needed at time of drop off.
